In Branch Merchandising for MutualOne Bank

Single screen - Get more, pay nothing. Freedom, convenience, security, control, information, time, money.

Our clients tell us the first questions they get from would-be customers researching checking accounts are not about rates or fees – instead, they asked about account access. But how do you explain the many tools a financial institution offers? That was the question that inspired the “Get More. Pay Nothing.” merchandising and messaging created for MutualOne Bank.

Through a multi-message strategy we highlighted some of the many account access services provided by the Bank, focusing on the benefits of each. The campaign was also designed to allow for easy expansion of the messaging as MutualOne Bank adds new services. Visually, the dynamic design featured images selected to reflect the demographics of the communities the Bank serves, while also being adaptable as to fit a multitude of available channels including video merchandising (both single and triple screens), banners and square teller line signs.

In 2024, the campaign received a Gold NEFFIE Award from the New England Financial Marketing Association for In Branch Merchandising.
