How to build a brand that’s uniquely yours

Kristin worked with the National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA) to share with bicycle dealers how they can build, and maintain, a brand that is unique to their business.

During the session, Kristin shared how the branding and brand voice for Steve the Bike Guy, the bicycle shop owned by her and her husband, was developed and evolved since its founding in 2011. She also reviewed how they communicate with customers and prospects, including developing STBG’s brand voice and utilizing available channels.
