Graphic Designer Opening

Award-winning agency specializing in community banking is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team.

Designers at Sundin Marketing have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including print, digital, online, social, and video. While we don’t expect the successful candidate to know how to design “all” the things, we are looking for someone with a passion for, and strong understanding of, graphic design concepts; a robust design portfolio, and experience with popular design and office tools, as well as a willingness to learn about, work with and design for multiple channels and applications.

Applicant must be able to multi-task and be comfortable switching quickly between projects throughout the day and week.

Sundin Marketing manages a hybrid schedule with the team working remotely Fridays and together on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from our office located in the heart of Sherborn, Massachusetts, a small suburb outside of Boston.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute design concepts across a range of channels.
  • Create final deliverables which may include digital graphics (PNG, JPG, GIF, MOV, MP4, PDF) and creating Adobe project packages
  • Support job scheduling and workflow.
  • Collaborate with account managers and on-staff Art Director on campaigns and design concepts.
  • Manage and maintain brand standards for clients.
  • Manage in-house printers and equipment as well as software versions and font management.
  • Work with outside vendors including printers, photographers, videographers, and others.
  • Continually educate yourself, and share learnings, on design, marketing, and communications trends.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or greater
  • 2-5 years of experience designing assets in support of marketing, advertising and communications efforts, either at an agency or in-house
  • Portfolio

Software:
Designers at Sundin Marketing have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with a range of professional and consumer tools. Some are required, while others are a bonus:

REQUIRED:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (in particular: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere)
  • Microsoft Office (in particular: PowerPoint)
  • Google Workspace
  • WordPress
