Discussing marketing and mutuality

Agency president, Kristin Sundin Brandt was invited by the American Bankers Association to visit Washington, DC for the 2022 Mutual Community Bank Forum. She joined the ABA’s Shelly Loftin, as well as Dave Kwasnick, partner and creative director at Pittsburgh-based agency, Calaveras, to discuss the importance of telling your story, with a focus on how to market mutuality.

During the wide-ranging conversation which covered branding, storytelling, digital channels, and ROI, Kristin proposed an institution’s history as a mutual bank can provide the essential building blocks for an organization’s brand mission, values, and vision.

As an Agency with a deep commitment and long history of supporting mutual banks, it was a privilege to be invited to this year’s Forum, the largest gathering of mutual bankers.
