Worlds collided as a local group of mountain bikers asked if we could help with a t-shirt design for the 5th Annual SherBORN to Ride Trail Challenge.
This year the Challenge distance, 35 kilometers (or 21.75 miles) was designed to connect to the 350th anniversary celebrations that had been held throughout the year. In addition to displaying the town’s crest and celebratory ribbon on the front, the design on the back supports the celebration including using the town tree on the rider’s silhouette.
Due to the tight frame, which often leaves a few riders feeling remorseful they didn’t order a shirt when they could, we imprinted t-shirts purchased from Clothing Shop Online using a heat press and Screen Printed Transfers from Stahl’s. That allowed us to purchase extra imprints at a low cost that could be used to print more shirts after the event.
