Welcome to your moment of zen

If you’ve noticed a drop off in the number of holiday cards received this year, you are not alone. In fact, according to the US Postal Service, “the number of holiday cards sent has declined by 1.5 billion since 2002.”

Here at Sundin Associates, we haven’t given up on our annual holiday card – but in recent years have tried to do something a little different, and have a little fun, with our holiday greeting.

This year we were inspired by the adult coloring book trend to invite customers, colleagues and friends to take a moment to themselves during this traditionally chaotic time of year. Designed around a beautiful snowflake/flower mandala perfect for coloring, we also gave recipients a pack of crayons, so they could start coloring right away.

Mailing an oversized card with crayons came with it’s own challenges – specifically, working out the mailing requirements and postage. After a few trips to the post office, during the busiest time of the year, we were able to finalize the mailing!

We hope everyone enjoys their “moment of zen” and look forward to seeing their works of art, which we invited everyone to share with us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or by email.
