If you asked our clients to describe us,
We’re a team of scrappy techies, marketing nerds, data buffs and design geeks who would never call ourselves “gurus” or “ninjas” – mostly because we believe there is always more to learn. (But we don’t mind if you call us that).
We’re always smart, sometimes sexy, but never showy. We’re creative, but pragmatic.
As one of the first marketing agencies to focus solely on financial marketing over 40 years ago, innovation is in our DNA.
Our team’s creative endeavors – both inside and outside of the shop – fuel our signature “figure-it-out” mentality that drives us – and results for our clients.

A graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management, Kristin holds the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Having once considered life on the stage or in front of a classroom, she now channels those past career aspirations writing on our blog as well as through teaching and speaking at conferences across the country and as an instructor at the New England School for Financial Studies.
While raising two young children with her husband, a small business owner and serial-do-it-yourselfer, she chronicled her adventures in parenting on Manic Mommies®, an award-winning podcast and blog focused on parenthood and work/life balance. When they retired in 2014, Kristin and her co-host Erin had recorded 405 episodes which were downloaded over four million times and attracted the attention of brands including Chevrolet, Intel and Brooks Running. Today, Kristin continues to share her personal journey through her often neglected blog.
An avid cyclist, some of Kristin’s other hats are actually helmets as she encourages women ridership and raises money for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as part of the Pan-Mass Challenge.
